This contemporary fukuro obi has incredibly fine embroidery work - 'nanbansen'( Western ship in Edo period) motif is embroidered elaborately with very thin threads. Please check detail photos.
Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft touch.
It has a folding line and other slight flaws. As a whole it is in very good condition., and it can be tied formally.
*Its embroidery seemed to be done in China, Soshu.
*Approx background color - gold
