This is a silk fabric 'medashi', which is from old obi weaver in Kyoto.
It was sample fabric of obi, and has wonderful woven pattern.
It is not cut out from an obi, and you can confirm it because there are blank part in the both ends.
Textile is silk, and has soft touch.
