This piece was the fabric of vintage maru obi. It was unpicked and cut into this piece.
Textile is sioze silk, and has soft touch.
Kimono lady and phoenix motif is dyed all over it, and in one part( it had to be the part of otaiko), very delicate embroidery is added(one pattern is fully embroidered!). Please enjoy its wonderful details with more photos.
It has a frayed line near one side all over it. It has slight stains or smudges, but they are not prominent, and as a whole it is in very good condition.
