This is an antique katazome cotton fabric, which seems to be from early Meiji period(1868-1912).
Textile is hand woven with elaborately hand spun cotton threads, and textile is comparatively thick but has soft and comfortable touch.
It has exotic chrysanthemum pattern, which is dyed with katazome technique. Background color is beautiful natural ai color.
It is almost in excellent condition.
