This piece seems to be Shinto priest costume from pre WWII. Textile is asa, ramie and has soft and slightly crispy touch.
It has some flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
Length: 83cm(32.4inches) front
76cm(29.9inches) back
Back width: 62cm 24.4inches
sleeve width: 61cm (from shoulder to the top of sleeve)

*In Japanese, 'asa' includes below three kinds of material. You must feel it strange that 'linen' is included.
'Taima' = Hemp
'Karamushi','Choma' = Ramie
'Ama' = Linen
