This is a cool blue irotomesode from Taisho period(1912-1925). Textile is kinsha(fine crepe) silk, and has soft touch.
It has artistic spring scene picture - cherry blossom and other flowers ( includes horsetail!) are dyed elegantly.
What a fantastic picture it is!
It has stains in the right front and inside of right front part (they are not seen when it is worn). Other flaws are slight or small ( discoloration is not disturbing).
As a whole it is in very good condition.
We highly recommend this wonderful Taisho irotomesode!
