This fukusa is from Meiji period(1868-1912), and has wonderful flying crane motifs, which are embroidered elaborately with very thin threads.
Please enjoy its wonderful embroidery details with more photos.
Textile is navy shus silk and lined with chirimen silk.
It has slight flaws as photos show(discoloration is very slight and hardly noticed), but as a whole it is nearly in excellent condition.
