This is an antique black uchikake from Meiji period(1868-1912).
Textile is black shusu silk, and flowers and pien tree motifs are embroidered colorfully in the lower part.
Kamon is also embroidered with gold threads.
It has slight flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
