This is a fabulous antique kyogen costume.
Textile is hand plied asa. It is elaborately hand plied and hand woven, and artistic cranes and tortoise are dyed vividly!
Thin white silk is added inside as lining.
Hakama is very long ('naga-bakama').
From hand plied textile, it seems to be from around Meiji period(1868-1912).
This piece was displayed and came from a famous museum.
Very valuable museum class piece!
