This boy's kimono is from around Taisho period(1912-1925), and has very unique dyed pattern - plane(w/ hinomaru), locomotive and boys are dyed. The boy has rising sun flag, and this design is strongly reflected by war time atmosphere.
Textile is jinken(rayon).
Usually this kind of boy's kimono is well used, and has many stains, but this piece is in very good condition.
