This is a fabulous fukusa from Meiji period(1868-1912).
It has wonderful gagaku(Japanese traditional dance and music) motif, which is elaborately embroidered.
Its embroidery work is very fine and gorgeous. Please check detail photos.
It is made of navy shusu silk, and lined with red chirimen silk.
Lining fabric has slight flaws, but right side is in excellent condition.
