This is a vintage kabuki costume.
Shoulder part and the upper lapel part is only roughly sewn - when it was worn, it was unpicked, and used to quick transform.
Textile is chirimen(crepe) silk, and lined with shusu silk.
Unique horse motif is made of patchwork!
It has some flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
