This is a fabulous contemporary houmongi set.
Heron and grass motif is dyed boldly - its design is artistic!
Obi also has sophisticated woven pattern, and silk juban(undergarment) is added.
Basting stitches remain in the houmongi, and it seems not to be worn.
There is a 'tamegaki'( name of the owner) in the right front, but it is not seen when you wear it.
If you are looking for contemporary houmongi set, this must be one of the best choice!
