This nagoya obi is woven with tsume tsuzure technique. One threads by one threads, it was woven elaborately with nails, and it had to be taken incredibly long time to be completed. It has special kind of comfortable and comparatively stiff touch of tsume tsuzure silk.
This piece has tasteful pine tree pattern.
It has VERY slight discoloration and some SMALL snags in the white patterned part of wide part, a slight stain in the narrow part. However, as a whole it is in very good condition and can be tied formally!
