This blue kimono is from Taisho period(1912-1925) or early Showa period(Showa:1926-1989).
It has bold royal cart motif, which is dyed boldly!
What an eye-catching design it is!
Textile is rinzu, silk with damask effect, and has soft touch.
Sleeves are gracefully long and lined with red silk, which are the feature of kimono from pre WWII.
It has wonderful old fashioned taste of Taisho era!
It has some flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
