This is a vintage girl's kimono with wonderful 'nejiume'(twisted ume blossom) pattern, which is boldly dyed.
Textile is rinzu, silk with damask effect, and has soft touch.
Shoulder is folded and sewn to be shortened. If you unpick the seam, shoulder to shoulder length will be 3.9in-10cm longer.
It has some flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
