This blue Furisode is from Taisho period(1912-1925) or early Showa period(Showa:1926-1989).
It has tasteful 'ryozuma' ( mirror image design, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII) pattern - boat, stream, maple leaf and cherry blossom petals are dyed colorfully.
Textile is plain silk('hiraginu'), and has soft and very smooth touch.
It has some flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
