This is a vintage black shusu nagoya obi. It has colorful 'kodo'( body of 'tsuzumi'(Japanese hand drum)
) and 'yokobue'(Japanese flute) motifs, which are elaborately embroidered.
It has some frays, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
