This is a kurotomesode, most formal kimono for married women. This piece has dramatic wave and birds motif, which is dyed with yuzen technique. Its yuzen work is FABULOUS!
Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft touch.
It has some stains and wear, and lining is discolored prominently with patinas.
