This kimono has fabulous design - pine tree and wave motifs are dyed boldly. Bottom is slightly padded and kamon is dyed in the back near the neck. It seemed to be susohiki worn by geisha. Susohiki is kimono for Japanese style dancing, and it was worn with the bottom trailing along the floor. Textile is chirimen(crepe) silk.
