This is a regal maru obi from pre WWII - crane, 'tsuzumi'(Japanese hand drum)
, takara and flowers are woven with bold fan pattern.
What a luxurious maru obi this piece is!
Textile is silk and jinken(rayon) blend. It has some flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
