This maru obi is from Taisho period(1912-1925) or early Showa period(Showa:1926-1989).
It has luxurious woven pattern - flowers cart, royal cart and wave pattern is woven boldly. Lots of gold threads are used, and has exceptionally gorgeous atmosphere.
Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft touch.
It has slight flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
*Approx background color - very pale beige
