This black 'hitoe'(not lined) kimono has bold maple leaf pattern, which is dyed with shibori technique.
Textile is ro, summer sheer silk.
Sleeves are gracefully long, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII.
It has some flaws as photos/figure show. In addition, green parts of maple leaves have black dyestuffs, which might be transfered from other parts(they may be stains, but we are not sure).
Anyway it is still very charming piece!
