This is an antique uchishiki with wonderful shishi motif embroidery!
Text in the wrong side reads ' Meiji 33(1901)', but textile must be the part of kosode kimono of Edo Period( 1603-1867).
It is chirimen(crepe) silk.
Unfortunately there are many tears and stains. We can not say it is in very good condition, but you will be able to use it as interior decor material!
