This is a kurotomesode, most formal kimono for married women. This piece has bold flower and willow motif, which is dyed with yuzen technique. Some parts are added embroidery.
Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft touch.
It has some flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
