This black fukusa has bold kamon motif embroidery.
Textile is black shusu silk, and lined with chirimen(crepe) silk.
It is from Meiji period(1868-1912), and black shusu silk becomes weak. Already there are some tears, but tears will increase easily in future. ( There are more tears than figure.)
We can not say it is in very good condition, but it is still very charming piece.
