This is a kurotomesode, most formal kimono for married women. This piece is from Taisho period(1912-1925) or early Showa period(Showa:1926-1989) and has dramatic fan and 'kusudama'(flowers ball) motif, which is dyed with yuzen technique. In the left front, fine embroidery work is added.
Black color is prominently discolored and has some flaws as photos show. However, as a whole it is in very good condition.
