This is a FABULOUS haori from Taisho period(1912-1925) or early Showa period(Showa:1926-1989).
Kusudama(flowers ball), misu(bamboo curtain) and hollyhock motifs are dyed colorfully.
Many parts are added incredibly fine embroidery all over it - for example, kusudama part is fully embroidered, and not only in the back, but also in both sleeves, colorful and gorgeous embroidery is added.
This piece has the highest quality of embroidery and
yuzen works in Taisho period(1912-1925).
It has the museum class quality!
Textile is rinzu, silk with damask effect, and has soft touch.
It has some slight flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
