This is a men's han-juban(half length undergarment) from pre WWII. Body part seems to be made of cotton, and sleeves are made of wool. Sleeves have nostalgic dyed pattern, which includes battle plain.
It has some flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
