This is a RARE boy's kimono from Taisho period(1912-1925) or early Showa period(Showa:1926-1989)(pre WWII).
It has unique battle ship and battle plane motif, which is dyed. Rising sun flags are dyed, and its design is strongly reflected by war time atmosphere.
Textile is plain silk, and has soft and smooth touch.
Chirimen(crepe silk) belt is added.
It has some flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
