This maru obi is from pre WWII, and has stunning dragon and takara pattern, which is woven elaborately.
Its design is exotic and very Japanese!
Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft touch.
It has some flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.( Paper tag is sticked in the end).
