This uchikake is from mid Showa period(Showa:1926-1989) and has eye-catching 'shou-chiku-bai'(pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom) motif, which is heavily embroidered.
Textile is synthetic.
It has some flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
