This uchikake is from mid Showa period(Showa:1926-1989) and has eye-catching phoenix and wheel motif, which is heavily embroidered.
Textile seems to be jinken(rayon), and has very smooth touch.
It has some flaws as photos show(discoloration is prominent), but as a whole it is in very good condition.
