This is a wonderful dark brown maru obi from Taisho period(1912-1925) or Meiji period(1868-1912).
It has graceful chrysanthemum pattern, which is woven finely. Please enjoy its wonderful woven details with more photos.
Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft touch.
It has frays all over it. Fray is prominent in 1/4 part of one side.
However, as a whole it is in very good condition.
