This is a contemporary monk's costume, 'ori-gojo' kesa.
Center part is made of yellow asa(Japanese hemp), and hems part is made of silk kinran fabric, which has exotic cloud pattern.
It has smudges and a stain in the yellow asa part. There is a stain in the kinran part(sorry we don't indicate in the figure.) As a whole it is in very good condition.
