This is a beautiful small fukusa from Meiji period(1868-1912).
It is made of crepe silk, and right side has charming Takasago motif, which is dyed with yuzen technique. Its dyeing touch is artistic and very skilled!
Wrong side has pine tree motif.
Embroidery of pine tree parts are coming off. There are some other flaws as photos.
