This fukusa is from Meiji period(1868-1912).
It is made of navy shusu silk, and lined with chirimen silk.
It has stunning 'sennin'(hsien) riding on crane motif, which is elaborately embroidered. Please enjoy its wonderful embroidery details with more photos.
It has some slight flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
