This is an antique uchishiki, fabric used at a temple. It was dedicated in Meiji 39(1907), and has stunning dragon and shishi motif, which is woven elaborately.
Please enjoy its wonderful kinran details with more photos. It is lined with cotton, and age is written.
It has several tears, stains, patinas and frays. Many parts has reddish stains, and these parts might be made of water.
However, it is very beautiful piece!
