This is a kurotomesode, most formal kimono for married women. This piece is from Taisho period(1912-1925) or early Showa period(Showa:1926-1989), and has wonderful design. Doves are flying over trees, and beyond the trees, a shrine( which seems to be Ise Jingu) is seen.
What an artistic design it is!
Some parts are added embroidery.
Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft touch.
Black color is slightly discolored and has some flaws as photos show. As a whole it is in very good condition.
