This is a APPEALING Geisya's susohiki kimono. 'Hana-ikada'(flowers raft) and wave motifs are dyed elegantly with yuzen technique. What an elegant atmosphere this piece has! Susohiki literally means 'trail the skirt' and it was worn to do the elegant dance with a folding fan in the Japanese style drawing room. It has very long length and eye-catching design. This piece's bottom is padded. Kamon of 'okiya'(geisha's house) is added. Textile is rinzu silk, and has soft touch. It has some stains, and discoloration as photos show.
