This is a kurotomesode, most formal kimono for married women. This piece is from pre WWII, and has fantastic 'ryozuma' ( mirror image design, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII) pattern - flying cranes, royal cart and flowers are dyed elegantly. Some parts are added embroidery. Please enjoy its wonderful details with more photos.
Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft touch.
Its black color is prominently discolored. However, as a whole it is in very good condition.
