This is a vintage vermilion juban(undergarment). It has exotic shibori dyed pattern. shibori is Japanese tie dyeing technique, and it gives the textile very unique texture. Textile is rinzu, silk with damask effect, and has large 'kusudama'(flowers ball) pattern.
It has some flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
