This maru obi is from pre WWII, and has bold 'tsuzumi'(Japanese hand drum),'shou'(Japanese flute) and flowers circle pattern, which is woven boldly.
Textile seems to be silk and jinken(rayon) blend.
It has some stains and patinas. Hems have slight frays. As a whole it is in very good condition.
