This is a kurotomesode, most formal kimono for married women. This piece has tasteful flying crane and pine tree motif in 'ryozuma' ( mirror image design, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII) shape, which is dyed with yuzen technique. Some parts are added fine embroidery.
Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft touch.
It has a small hole in the back. There are some stains and slight smudges. Black color is slightly discolored. As a whole it is in very good condition.
