This is a magnificent vermilion and gold uchikake from Kyoto Nishijin.
Phoenix, royal cart, pine tree and flowers are woven elaborately all over it. Please enjoy its gorgeous and fine woven details with more photos.
Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft touch.
It has a snags and slight smudges in the hems, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
