This is a regal uchikake from Kyoto Nishijin. It has fabulous design - flying crane and fans are woven in 'tsuitate'(partation) motif and flowers vase motif is also woven boldly! Lots of gold threads are used, and this piece has exceptionally gorgeous atmosphere.
Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft touch.
It has some snags, and a slight smudge in the bottom. As a whole it is in very good condition.
