This is a vintage flag of going-away celebration for a new soldier. Shinji Shimojo went to war with this flag ---
It is made of comparatively thin and crispy cotton, which has smiliar touch to 'asa'(Japanese hemp).
Stamp with English character can be found in a corner -textile seemed to be from India?
There are some stains, holes, and tear but as a whole, it is in very good condition.
