This is a supreme uchikake from Meiji period(1868-1912). It has sophisticated peacock and peony motifs, which is dyed with yuzen technique. Its picture is delicate and subdued, which is the feature of kimono from Meiji period. Please enjoy its wonderful details with more photos. Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft touch. It has some slight flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition. *Approx background color - HTML code ( 6E78A9)
