This is a
kasuri cotton bolt for kimono. It has charming pattern which is elaborately woven with double ikat technique. Textile is cotton, and it has textured and soft touch. Near both ends are discolored and has patinas. However, as a whole, it is in very good condition.
*It seems to be from mid Showa period(Showa:1926-1989) or earlier. Machine woven one, but has comparatively soft touch.
