This is a men's detailed stripe pattern haori from mid-Showa period(Showa:1926-1989). It has dramatic Mt. Fuji scenery motif, which is woven finely. This scenery includes splashing wave, rocks, boats,a 'matsu'(pine tree) tree motifs. Please check more photos for the details. Textile is silk and has soft touch.
There are some flaws as in the photos. Discoloration in the back seems quite noticable but as a whole, it is in very good condition.
